We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our 14-day return policy includes original defects on our products and accessories. This covers pre-existing faults in materials and any issues of craftsmanship. Please understand that damage done by a user is not covered in this return policy. This includes: any damage resulting from an accident, improper handling, enduring excessive wight, normal wear / tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, abrasive surfaces, and any type of moisture or oily substances.
Note that genuine fine leathers and hardware such as those used in our collection will have development in color and finish over time, and will not stay the same as the day you received the item.
All products are handcrafted with genuine leathers which may contain natural variations in the pattern and texture. The style of each leather is presented in the individual products photos, however no two items are exactly the same making each piece completely unique. We advise to be aware that minor difference in the pattern and texture are expected and are not considered imperfections, rather are celebrated as unique characteristics of the materials used.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your item is not accepted as a valid return you may not receive your refund.
For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund, returned orders which we do not receive.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please also note:
- That you as a customer pay the return cost.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards or discounted order.
- The product must not be custom made with personalization.
- Customer is responsible for custom duty and taxes if generated during the return.
- The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy is not accepted as a valid return you may not receive your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
